About the Role

Resonetics is a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro manufacturing, driving innovation in the medical device industry. We are seeking a motivated Quality Inspector II responsible for inspection of parts and assemblies, inspected with precision measuring instruments and gauges as primary inspection tools. The offering position requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed.

Responsibilities

Perform inspection and analyze data required by work instructions, Inspection Test Masters and specifications.
Perform developmental, first run production parts, in-process and final inspection.
Perform visual inspection to internal and customer quality requirements.
Prepare rejection tags & NCR’s noting deviations from specifications on dimensions, finishes, material, processes or quality.
Stamp or otherwise approve acceptable parts and complete paperwork as required.
Perform data entry/analysis.
Perform Tensile Testing and other lab testing as necessary.
Perform tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements

Extremely detail-oriented individual.
Must read and interpret prints and specifications.
Possess problem-solving skills.
Exhibit written and oral communication skills in English.
Must be proficient with computers.
Experience with MS Office (Excel).
