About the Role
A family of four in the San Francisco area is seeking a proactive and organized full-time housekeeper to join their fully staffed team. The role requires a candidate who can maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization while anticipating the needs of the household.
Responsibilities
- Keep the household clean, organized, and in excellent condition
- Maintain and manage household inventories
- Notify the Household Manager of necessary repairs
- Clean floors, carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstery
- Schedule routine shampoo appointments for soft surfaces
- Dust, clean, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Manage trash disposal in a sanitary manner
- Clean bathrooms and related surfaces
- Tidy rooms, make beds, and change linens
- Wash windows as needed
- Water houseplants
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and appliances
- Manage laundry including washing, ironing, folding, and putting away
- Coordinate dry cleaning pick-ups and deliveries
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Maintain organized garages and outdoor areas
- Follow household systems, checklists, and client preferences
- Monitor and replenish household supplies and toiletries
- Support the vacation home as needed
- Perform additional household duties as required
Requirements
- Legal to work in the US
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Clean background check
- Up to date on vaccinations including COVID-19
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in Apple products, Google platforms, Asana, 1Password, and Expensify
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to accommodate spontaneous changes in routines
- Must live locally or within a commutable distance to the SF/Bay Area

Salary/Compensations
- $55/hr+
