Responsibilities
- Source blue and white-collar construction professionals using multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen and register new candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain candidate talent pools.
- Engage with candidates through WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Liaise with clients regarding vacancies and candidate availability.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Highly organised and proactive.
- An excellent communicator.

- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and online.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
