About the Role
This role will drive the identification, design, and delivery of business process automation and technology adoption initiatives within the Private Credit organization. The individual will bridge business strategy and technology execution, leading the end-to-end delivery of AI, Agentic AI, Automation, and process simplification use cases. The role ensures colleagues and clients are prepared to adopt new tools and ways of working, and that change is delivered effectively with robust process improvements, controls, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Identification, scoping, and prioritization of business process automation and AI/Agentic AI use cases.
- Orchestration of end-to-end use case delivery, collaborating across technology and business lines from concept to live deployment.
- Development of robust business cases, including ROI modeling, risk assessment, and strategic alignment, to secure stakeholder and investment approval.
- Development and execution of business readiness strategies for successful implementation of automation and technology change initiatives.
- Monitoring of technology adoption rates post-deployment and implementing corrective actions to increase uptake.
- Development of training materials and process/procedure updates to support new tool deployment and improve user interaction with systems.
- Ideation and contribution to the management of process transitions to offshore and near-shore delivery centers, ensuring stability and quality.
- Development of standardized operating procedures and controls for consistent process execution across onshore and offshore teams.
- Identification of processes suitable for offshoring or near-shoring, building business cases, and managing transitions with minimal disruption.
- Embedding continuous improvement frameworks within offshore teams to drive capacity, efficiency, and capability development.
- Oversight of cross-regional process standardization initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
- Building and sustaining offshore team capability through training, governance, and performance management.
- Identification and analysis of business processes affected by regulatory change, translating requirements into actionable process improvements.
- Collaboration with compliance, legal, and operational teams to ensure process changes meet regulatory obligations and controls are in place.
- Fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement to ensure regulations are observed.
- Monitoring of regulatory change pipelines to proactively identify upcoming requirements.
- Driving process improvement programs across regulatory-affected workflows, leveraging automation and technology.
- Escalation of policy and procedure breaches, ensuring timely remediation and embedding lessons learned.
- Negotiating with and influencing senior stakeholders to drive alignment and commitment to change.
- Providing expert advice to senior functional management and committees on function-wide strategic initiatives.
- Management of resistance to change, addressing stakeholder concerns and maintaining engagement.
- Monitoring the external regulatory environment and advocacy groups to anticipate and respond to emerging regulatory developments affecting AI and Automation.
- Oversight of client experience governance frameworks to ensure technology and process changes positively impact client outcomes.
- Acting as a principal contact point for key internal and external stakeholders on client-facing technology and process change initiatives.
- Ensuring client servicing and sales partners are prepared for technology or process changes affecting the client journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business process automation, AI adoption, or digital transformation, preferably within financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver AI and Agentic AI use cases from inception through deployment.
- Strong business case development skills, including financial modeling and investment justification.
- Experience leading regulatory projects and driving process improvement across regulatory-affected workflows.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within financial services.
- Experience leading client experience governance and ensuring technology change enhances client outcomes.
- Proven business analysis skills with the ability to document requirements clearly and structurally.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on end-user adoption.
- Strong program management and organizational skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent communication and senior-level stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-ownership environment.
