About the Role
The Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Operations will drive the execution and oversight of strategic initiatives, build and maintain dashboards for tracking priorities, and develop executive-ready presentations. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex information into actionable recommendations, support business reviews, and enhance operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and operations support for key business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
- Monitor initiative status, identify gaps or roadblocks, and recommend actions to maintain momentum and accountability.
- Develop and maintain executive leadership goal-tracking dashboards to monitor strategic initiatives, KPI progress, and organizational performance metrics.
- Prepare regular operating reviews, leadership updates, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic discussions.
- Lead select cross-functional project planning and execution; ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and data stakeholders to define metrics, reporting cadence, and performance standards.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop executive-ready presentation decks that synthesize findings, highlight trends, and support decision-making.
- Create concise narratives that connect analytics, business context, and recommended next steps.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across reporting and presentation materials.
- Problem solves issues as they arise; push team on opportunities to balance speed with quality.
Requirements
- Minimum eight years of experience in consulting, marketing, or operations.
- A track record of planning, executing, and delivering results for complex and cross-functional projects.
- Effective interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and partner with key stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
