About the Role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
Travel to retail locations
Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
At least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using handheld technology
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
