About the Role
This role is perfect for people who love to train and drive for results. You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Inventory Associates
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Travel to retail locations
- Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
