About the Role

We are an AI-native recruiting platform seeking motivated individuals to source and place candidates into high-growth startup roles. You will manage the full candidate pipeline, build relationships, and close placements, earning a commission for each successful hire.

Responsibilities

• Source and place candidates into engineering, product, and operating roles.
• Manage candidate pipeline end-to-end.
• Build relationships with candidates.
• Move candidates through the hiring process to close.
• Cold call and text candidates on a consistent basis.
