Responsibilities

Independently manage People projects from conception to completion, spanning cross-functional teams and multiple locations.
Prepare decision memos, analyses, and presentations for the Chief People Officer and management.
Translate strategic People goals into concrete, measurable actions, managing timelines and stakeholders.
Design and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new colleagues in practices and the headquarters.
Ensure new team members feel welcome, informed, and productive from day one.
Continuously develop onboarding materials, intranet content, and feedback loops.
Identify manual HR processes and automate them using tools such as Personio, Make.com, Slack, Google Workspace, and DocuSign.
Build workflows that simultaneously improve data quality, compliance, and speed.
Manage and enhance our HR tooling and serve as the point of contact for interfaces and data flows.

Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience in HR, People Operations, Consulting, or a comparable project-driven environment, ideally within a startup or scale-up context.
Structured, independent work style with a solution-oriented mindset.
High affinity for digital tools and process automation; prior experience with Personio, Make.com, or similar systems is a distinct advantage.
Clear and confident communication skills, including with executives, and comfort navigating between strategic and operational topics.
Fluent in German and English.
Basic knowledge of German labor law is an advantage.
