About the Role

American Innovations protects people and the environment by providing proven compliance solutions to oil and gas professionals. Join our Operations team as a hands-on problem solver who takes ownership of every unit that crosses your bench, thriving in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills directly support customers and keep operations running smoothly. You will play a key role in evaluating, repairing, and resolving returned materials for the products our customers depend on.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, repair, and resolve returned materials.
  • Track and document RMA status accurately.
  • Relay findings and status clearly to requestors, TSRs, and cross functional teams.
  • Resolve discrepancies and respond to issues before end of shift.
  • Follow ISO9001 standards and ESD safety protocols in a lab environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience conducting evaluations, calibrations, or repairs on electronic test equipment or similar devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical findings to determine necessary parts and repairs.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and certificates.
  • Knowledge of ESD garment requirements and lab safety standards, or willingness to learn and comply.
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on due dates and rush status.
  • Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided).
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

  • Technical aptitude for evaluating, troubleshooting, and repairing returned units.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Comfort working across multiple software platforms simultaneously, including Salesforce and the RMA tracking board.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
