About the Role

This role encompasses two specialized tracks: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) and Prompt Engineer for SDET. The SDET track focuses on proposing and implementing optimal test automation strategies, including API and UI automation, to enhance software quality. The Prompt Engineer track focuses on leveraging LLMs to develop quality assurance solutions, including algorithm design, program implementation, and process agentization.

Responsibilities

Propose and implement optimal test automation strategies including test suite definition, data management, and DevOps pipeline design
Design, develop, and maintain API and UI test automation
Develop quality assurance solutions using LLMs and prompt engineering
Perform design evaluation, analysis, source code generation, and quality prediction
Design, optimize, and evaluate effective prompts
Agentize development and quality assurance processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, business rules, and data for automation
Implement advanced test automation integrated with cloud and DevOps environments

Requirements

For SDET: 2+ years of practical experience in Web, Mobile, or API development
For SDET: 3+ years of practical programming experience in Java or C#
For SDET: 1+ year of quality assurance experience or ISTQB/JSTQB certification
For Prompt Engineer: 2+ years of programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript
For Prompt Engineer: Foundational knowledge of machine learning and AI, specifically Natural Language Processing (NLP)
For Prompt Engineer: Experience in data analysis or pattern recognition
