About the Role

SOM, a globally influential design firm, seeks innovative and critical thinkers to join their collaborative practice. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate management of material resource center to maintain organization, filing, and storage of manufacturer’s product samples and information.
  • Assist in general preparation of construction documents and models.
  • Perform basic documentation and presentation work.
  • Adhere to procedures and directions.
  • Identify issues and seek creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computers.
  • Portfolios must be submitted for all design positions.
  • Applications without work samples will not be reviewed.
  • Portfolios should be one PDF attachment, 10-20 pages, maximum 5 MB.
  • Submit portfolios as part of your application in the section where the application asks for your Resume or CV.
