About the Role
The Play Centre Attendant ensures the safety and enjoyment of children within the facility, providing a high-quality experience for members and hotel guests.
Responsibilities
- Monitor children's activities to ensure safety at all times
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Process cash and credit card transactions using established software
- Address and respond to member and guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain service quality
- Participate in club and community events as required
Requirements
- Early Childhood Education Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare centers or working with children
- Advanced computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Flexible shift availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work varying schedules based on business needs
- Attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings
