About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in consulting-style engagements across various industries, helping firms understand and address their reputational challenges. Associates will manage projects and interact directly with clients, learning to guide strategic thinking through research and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full research lifecycle, including proposal writing, study design, analysis, reporting, and client presentations.
• Draft clear, well-structured memos, reports, and decks that translate research findings into actionable insights for senior audiences.
• Work across qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including proprietary polling, in-depth interviews, and focus groups.
• Support and eventually lead client relationships, confidently communicating findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on shared projects and business development.
• Mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in a market research, comms, or public affairs agency.
• Comfort with analyzing and interpreting numbers.
• Persuasive and elegant writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into daily work.

Skills

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling.
• Comfort with qualitative and quantitative research.
• Understanding of strategic organizational communication.
• Experience or interest in how research connects to real-world decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
