About the Role

Mr. Holland’s Home Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join their growing team. This role is crucial for maintaining warehouse safety, coordinating materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop.

Responsibilities

• Promote warehouse safety to ensure a secure environment for the whole team.
• Coordinate the ordering and organization of materials to prevent stock shortages.
• Partner with the Warehouse Manager to tackle daily tasks and keep the shop running.
• Track company tools and equipment through a consistent check-in/check-out process.
• Replenish technician trucks with the specific parts and supplies needed for their jobs.
• Perform regular inventory counts within the warehouse to maintain accuracy.
• Assist with full-scale truck inventory audits on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Ability to coach and motivate others with a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain active and on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Must be capable of performing strenuous labor, including the regular lifting and maneuvering of objects weighing 75 lbs. or more.
• Ability to safely and repeatedly climb ladders and navigate a warehouse environment throughout the day.
• Ability to work comfortably in a warehouse setting where you will be exposed to extreme temperatures (both heat and cold) and various outdoor weather conditions.
