About the Role
As a Project Manager Marketing at iO, you will lead diverse marketing projects and programs for high-profile clients. You act as the connecting factor between the client, the internal team, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while maintaining oversight of planning, budgets, and resources. You will play a key role in integrating AI-native workflows and driving business impact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing projects and programs including performance campaigns, data intelligence, and content initiatives.
- Oversee planning, budgets, capacity, hours, administration, invoicing, and reporting.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including strategists, creatives, data specialists, and performance marketers.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and agreements.
- Facilitate client communication, including QBRs, evaluations, and reporting.
- Integrate AI-tooling into project workflows to improve efficiency and value.
- Identify commercial opportunities and collaborate with sales or business consultants.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a project manager in marketing, digital, media, or data.
- Proven ability to organize, monitor, and adjust marketing projects.
- Experience with Agile project management.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes such as campaign planning and media administration.
- Ability to guide multidisciplinary marketing teams.
- Curiosity regarding AI-native working methods.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with TaaS (Team as a Service) is a plus.
