About the Role

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will serve as the hub of the hotel, managing guest interactions and leading Front Desk Associates. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations through strong communication and delivering first-class guest services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, availability, and arrivals/departures.
• Supervise team performance in check-in/out procedures, lobby flow, luggage assistance, and telephone operations.
• Train and assist team members to ensure optimal guest service.
• Support team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaint resolution.
• Process guest folios and payments while adhering to cash handling and credit policies.
• Monitor and evaluate team member performance.
• Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with all hotel departments.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to access and retrieve information from the hotel property management system.
• Proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of general office equipment and cash register operations.
