About the Role

Join our growing team and lead the design of small to medium-sized linear infrastructure projects in the Greater Toronto Area. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the water and wastewater infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide design services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including open-cut, trenchless, and rehabilitation projects.
  • Prepare engineering drawings, engineering reports, presentations, and required applications to regulatory and/or funding agencies.
  • Support project managers and work with the project design team to deliver projects (Environmental Assessment Reports, Studies and Detailed Design) to meet client requirements.
  • Provide services during construction, including submittal reviews, responses to requests for information, and contract document clarifications.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Lead by example to promote a high-performance team culture.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
  • CET with OACETT, or eligible to register.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in water and wastewater design of linear infrastructure within existing rights-of-way.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
