About the Role
Join FCM Travel in Copenhagen as a Danish-speaking Travel Advisor, specializing in business travel. You will be the external face of our company, providing first-class service to clients, assisting with bookings and changes, and guiding them through our online tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class service to clients.
- Assist clients with booking and changing business travel.
- Guide clients in using online tools: Arrivon, Cytric, and Concur.
Requirements
- Proficient user of Amadeus, preferably with business travel experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
- Familiarity with other Nordic languages is an advantage.
- Aptitude for IT.
- Experience in service and sales.
- Solution-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive with varied tasks.
- Team player who spreads joy and enthusiasm to both customers and colleagues.
