About the Role
We are seeking a PTA (m/f/d) for digital patient care in mail-order pharmacy, located at Oranienburger Tor. This role offers flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and weekday evenings, on a mini- or midijob basis. The position supports our team in digitally processing orders and handling customer inquiries via chat and phone, providing expert advice, and managing technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Digital processing and coordination of orders via various channels (shop, app)
- Support and processing of customer inquiries via chat and telephone (telepharmacy)
- Expert support and consultation for customers within digital communication
- Research and processing of individual customer concerns
- Integration and support of technical solutions such as pick-up systems
Requirements
- Completed PTA training
- Interest in digital processes and modern communication methods
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Strong customer orientation
- Teamwork and flexibility, especially for weekend shifts
- Good German language skills
- ADG knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
- English language skills are an advantage
