About the Role

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an International Payroll transformation into a single new global vendor. The candidate should have experience leading projects within payroll/HR environments and a proven track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Monitor project progress through overseeing the planning, execution and delivery, while adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical team, data team and business units.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 + years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of data technologies, data sourcing and data governance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Honesty and transparency are critical to our hiring process.
