About the Role
The role will lead on strengthening commercial capability across Amplifi and embedding a Growth Solutions mindset. The Amplifi Academy supports over 900 individuals in digital fields, and this role will shape their development, collaboration, and client value delivery. It involves designing and scaling learning programs to build commercial acumen, enhance sales capability, and shift mindsets towards growth and commercial impact. This strategic role aims to drive behavioral change and equip teams for operational excellence and commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Academy, Growth Solutions leadership, and Specialism leads to implement a strategic L&D plan.
- Design, evolve, and deliver a Growth Solutions learning program focused on sales capability, commercial acumen, and growth-oriented behaviors.
- Facilitate key training sessions and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Growth Solutions, Operations, and specialist digital teams.
- Align entry-level, onboarding, and experienced hire development into a consistent learning journey.
- Drive the evolution of training and development opportunities to support long-term capability building.
- Increase cross-discipline exposure and understanding across Amplifi’s specialist teams.
- Foster a culture of learning through clear communication and well-utilised learning channels.
Requirements
- An experienced L&D leader with a track record of designing and delivering large-scale learning programmes, ideally within a commercial or digital environment.
- A digital marketing or commercial leader with strong industry knowledge and experience developing people, capability, or training within a business context.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines and their commercial drivers.
- Experience building stakeholder relationships at senior levels and influencing across teams.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with clarity and structure.
- Confidence facilitating training and engaging a range of audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
