About the Role
Juniper DE is a rapidly growing area within Eucalyptus, focused on building the leading digital obesity clinic in Germany. This role involves owning the product experience to convert and retain patients, contributing to the company's global expansion strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the full acquisition and activation journey, including landing page, quiz, and onboarding.
- Manage retention for Juniper DE, collaborating with CRM, clinical, and commercial teams.
- Implement and manage a rigorous experiment program, including A/B tests and pricing explorations.
- Explore pricing and packaging for the German market in partnership with commercial and finance teams.
- Establish conversion and retention reporting cadences for the squad.
- Set product direction and remain hands-on in the work, focusing on conversion and retention post-click.
Requirements
- Think in funnels and patient psychology, with strong instincts for building user trust.
- Demonstrate rigour in proving user trust instincts.
- Possess solid PM experience with significant time spent on growth, conversion, or experimentation.
- Be commercially sharp, understanding CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
- Honestly read funnels, run clean A/B tests, and translate data into prioritization calls.
- Understand that a journey converts when it speaks to user feelings, not just functionality.
- Be hands-on, willing to write specs, design tests, and analyze data.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance personal and team efficiency without replacing critical thinking.
- Be adaptable to changing requirements.
