About the Role

Responsibilities

• Optimize processes related to finance and operations, driving efficiency and scalability.
• Manage accounting, including cash flow, budget optimization, and payment collections.
• Develop financial strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational workflows.
• Identify and execute opportunities for financial and operational improvement, collaborating with other teams.

Requirements

• Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 25% of your class).
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel are a big plus.
• Basic coding knowledge is a big plus.
