About the Role
Matis is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the company's investor applications. This role is crucial as Matis transitions to a new regulatory dimension, requiring the management of an existing internal application and the configuration of a new SaaS solution. The position demands rapid learning, strong autonomy, and effective collaboration within a demanding and structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional leadership for the Invest Matis application.
- Gather and analyze business team needs.
- Prioritize platform enhancements aligned with company objectives.
- Document functional specifications and user stories.
- Organize testing and validation phases.
- Monitor development progress with technical teams and external providers.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of user experience.
- Administer and evolve business tools.
- Assist in deploying and configuring Matis's SaaS tools.
- Maintain and continuously improve operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and productivity gains.
- Oversee integrations between company tools.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for application tools.
- Support the Asset Management company project.
- Participate in selecting and implementing the SaaS for asset management activities.
- Translate compliance, operations, and finance team needs into functional solutions.
- Manage functional configuration and track software updates.
- Ensure tools meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Investment, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Track projects and communicate progress.
- Train and support users in adopting new tools.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or business application management.
- Ability to formalize processes and functional requirements.
- Good understanding of SaaS environments and tool integrations.
- Strong focus on user experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Jira, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of data and reporting challenges.
- Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, asset management, or investment platforms is preferred.
- Experience with regulatory or investor management tools is a plus.
- Communication skills: ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders; excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Efficiency: strong execution ability, sense of priorities, enjoyment of high-growth environments.
- High standards: demanding in deliverable quality, rigorous in project follow-up, attention to detail.
