About the Role
As an interdisciplinary User Insights and UX team, we support companies through research to optimally align their products and digital touchpoints with users, get to know their target audience better, and increase conversion – thereby ensuring long-term product success. We do this with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a clear focus on action. We are looking for you to strengthen the User Insights & UX team!
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies together with a Research Consultant.
- Be involved in all project phases: Conception (create interview guides, program online questionnaires), Field phase (conduct qualitative UX tests or interviews with various target groups, mostly online remote and occasionally in the lab or on-site), Analysis (analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data as well as eye-tracking data), Reporting (visualize study results in result presentations and be significantly involved in developing action recommendations for optimizing the user experience of our clients' products).
- Create and update marketing materials, case studies, and support UX or company-internal events.
- Learn a lot during the process.
Requirements
- Good or very good university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Communication, or a comparable degree program.
- Interest in User Insights and UX Research, interactive products, digital trends, and brands.
- Open and positive towards innovations and developments, and want to contribute to making products more user-friendly.
- Show empathy and skill in dealing with other people, especially in qualitative interviews.
- Enjoy analyzing large datasets and possess strong methodological and statistical skills.
- Passion for MS Office and knowledge of SPSS or R.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, understanding linguistic nuances, undertones, and everyday language, and being able to professionally classify them, as German-language interviews, moderations, analyses, and result reports are a central component of the activity.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Team player with enjoyment of flexible and demanding work in a dedicated team.
- First experience in conducting user tests (not a must, but a plus).
