About the Role
We're building the infrastructure, technology, and distribution systems to overcome bureaucracy and legal friction in Europe. Our AI-first approach rebuilds legal work around businesses, making it significantly faster and cheaper than traditional methods. We design privacy, confidentiality, and governance into our architecture from the start. We operate with a flat hierarchy and no fixed roles, encouraging initiative and rapid development.
Responsibilities
- Work across the full stack including React Native, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, OpenTofu/Terraform, GCP, and AWS.
- Write precise specifications for implementation by teammates or AI agents.
- Take ownership of product decisions and provide constructive pushback.
- Automate processes ranging from internal tools to operations, QA, and deployments.
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently, leveraging AI for coding while focusing on thinking and review.
Requirements
- Possess strong systems thinking abilities.
- Experience building and architecting complex systems with end-to-end ownership.
- Ability to present, defend, and clearly document ideas, while being open to changing your mind based on input.
- Demonstrated generalist approach with a willingness to learn necessary technologies.
- Comfortable coding with AI as a default tool.
- Adaptable to a work environment without a dedicated PM, assigned architect, or manager creating tickets.
- Proactive in building missing components rather than waiting for direction.
