About the Role

As a data science expert at BCG X, you will work with diverse clients to address critical management challenges under CxO leadership. You will lead end-to-end transformations by defining problems, designing analyses, building models, and implementing business solutions to create sustainable competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy consultants, product managers, engineers, and designers to structure management challenges and design analytics strategies.
• Perform advanced analysis and model development using machine learning, mathematical optimization, and statistical modeling.
• Drive projects focused on business transformation and new business creation using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Design, implement, and scale AI agents and data products.
• Build scalable architectures including MLOps and data infrastructure design.
• Translate analytical results into executive-level insights to lead decision-making and transformation actions.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate student (Master's or PhD) expected to complete studies between September 2027 and August 2028.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Experience in modeling using machine learning.
• Research or internship experience in relevant fields.
• English proficiency at a daily conversation level or higher.
