About the Role

PVH is a global leader in fashion and lifestyle, known for its iconic brands like CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER. We are seeking a Flexible Sales Assistant for our Berlin store who can provide excellent customer service in the premium segment and create an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador.
• Competently sell our collections.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Work independently within the sales team.
• Collaborate with the VM team and assist with merchandise presentation.
• Handle cashier duties and process returns.

Requirements

• Ideally, some previous experience in textile retail.
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required due to business needs.
• High affinity for sales.
• A motivating, self-confident personality with strong social skills.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
