About the Role

As the first dedicated Product Manager for PartsOS, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, working alongside the founder. Based in Berlin, you will transform a critical industry problem into software solutions that factories rely on daily. Your responsibilities will span customer interactions to shipped solutions, with opportunities for growth as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes from discovery through delivery, including customer conversations, problem definition, and shipping solutions.
• Shape the end-to-end solution, from customer problem identification to user interface design, simplifying complex domains.
• Engage directly with data and planning logic, including querying data, understanding forecasting and optimization models, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate AI into the product to solve real customer problems, making it a core feature.
• Maintain close customer relationships across various industries and translate learnings into product roadmaps and measurable impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience for B2B, enterprise, or technical/data-heavy products, with ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Proficiency in hands-on data analysis, including querying, understanding optimization and forecasting models, and troubleshooting.
• Genuine fluency with AI, including its application in solving customer problems.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, usable product experiences.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to customer engagement and ambiguity.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong working German is a plus.
• Exposure to ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, or other complex industrial domains is a plus.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
