About the Role

We are seeking a professional to develop property and portfolio strategies, manage and monitor their implementation, and create business plans with responsible execution and reporting. This role involves managing and monitoring investments, controlling targets with project partners, and serving as a liaison for fund management, property valuation, and financial services. You will also participate in acquisitions and sales.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Completed degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on real estate management
Several years of relevant professional experience in residential real estate
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
Results-oriented and independent working style
High service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
