About the Role
The Partnership Director will drive growth in the DACH region by forming and managing mutually beneficial commercial relationships with partners. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market strategies, onboard partners, and drive business through the channel ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Improve global partnership practices and grow the partner portfolio
- Create go-to-market plans and manage expansion opportunities
- Manage pipeline and generate leads for global offices and the partner network
- Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and partner success teams
- Negotiate partnership terms and present the partner program
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner sales and business development
- Experience with the B2B SaaS business model
- Experience working for a SaaS company, preferably in MarTech
- Experience managing relationships with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators
- Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with channel partners
- Ability to set clear targets and develop plans to achieve them
- Ability to work cross-functionally with large and small channel partners
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex issues and apply simplifying frameworks
- Highly output-oriented with the ability to create high-quality, customer-facing content
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
