About the Role

You will own the vision, roadmap, and feature development for the core B2B restaurant management platform. This role requires deep user empathy, frequent on-site research in restaurants, and the ability to lead a remote-first team through clear, written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the TC Manager dashboard.
  • Conduct regular on-site research with restaurant staff to identify product opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and partner with engineering and design teams on implementation.
  • Utilize AI tools to build and validate prototypes with real operators.
  • Author clear PRDs, problem statements, and decision documentation.
  • Prioritize features across reservations, table management, guest data, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with Consulting, Onboarding, and Sales teams to ensure feature adoption.
  • Track and report on outcome metrics such as adoption, task completion, and NPS.
  • Coordinate product launches across Japanese and English markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 2+ years owning a B2B SaaS product used by operational, non-technical users.
  • Direct operating experience in hospitality or a track record of building products for front-line operational teams.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and rapid iteration.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to define metrics and make data-driven trade-offs.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex, integrated products.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
