About the Role
Drive resident engagement and participation in social, recreational, and cultural activities, as well as mental health and wellbeing programs that empower choices and independence. Ensure individual resident needs, values, spiritual, and cultural preferences are considered when running recreational activity programs.

Requirements
- Completed Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (or willing to complete)
- Experience working with people with Dementia (highly desirable)
- Current NSW/ACT Driver's License
- Senior First Aid Certificate is essential
- Previous experience in caring for the elderly within an Aged or Community Care setting
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills
- Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Ability to take clients on outings
- Subject to police background check
