About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager within Schneider Electric’s Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) business, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful outcomes through strong customer partnerships and proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are achieved
• Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, cost control, and risk mitigation
• Act as the primary customer interface, building trusted relationships and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, safety, and commercial teams to drive successful outcomes
• Manage contractors, vendors, and third parties, ensuring alignment to project requirements and standards
• Conduct site visits and oversee delivery in live construction/data centre environments
• Apply strong commercial acumen to manage project profitability and contractual obligations

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in electrical, construction, or data centre environments
• Strong project management capability with formal methodology knowledge (PMP or equivalent preferred)
• Management of Industrial relations (IR) site organisational requirements would be an advantage
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management
• Hands-on experience in construction sites and electro-intensive environments
• Current and unrestricted driver’s licence
