About the Role

As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will shape the architectural foundation of Redcare Pharmacy’s mobile platform, working on scalable, modular solutions that enable six cross-functional teams to deliver features efficiently and sustainably. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on how our iOS ecosystem evolves as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive modularization and continuously evolve a scalable iOS architecture.
• Define, implement, and refine technical standards and architectural guidelines.
• Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance, and release processes.
• Strengthen testing strategy and establish strong quality foundations across teams.
• Improve app stability, performance, and overall technical health.
• Review and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams.
• Reduce technical debt strategically while enabling product teams through platform improvements.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Swift and experience working on large-scale production apps.
• Deep understanding of modular architecture and scalable app structures.
• Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns.
• Understanding of modern concurrency concepts and memory management in iOS.
• Solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and understanding release processes.
• Effective collaboration across teams.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
