About the Role

Develop a product roadmap for existing product lines, focusing on a one-year outlook. Propose short-term marketing strategies and translate the mid-term product roadmap into specific product specifications. Execute short-term business plans, objectives, and product roadmaps. Collaborate with Product Managers, MarCom, and MIP teams responsible for the short-term product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business marketing lead for vascular interventional catheters and related devices, particularly in the PCI/EVT space.
  • Develop and execute 'Go To Market' approaches for the assigned product, solution, and service portfolio, aligning with market business and overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure seamless and successful new product introductions and launches.
  • Support Business Marketing & Sales Leaders (BM&S) in their interactions with business units, especially within the BMC process.
  • Provide support and coaching to modality sales and clinical teams in the market, acting as a single point of contact for business units to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and plans.
  • Manage a mid-sized portfolio of products, solutions, and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Product marketing experience in the cardiovascular field.
  • Familiarity with medical device manufacturing environments.
  • Scientific and technical understanding as a product professional.
  • Ability to set and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of program management and portfolio management.
  • Strong situational analysis, facilitation, team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
