About the Role

Partner directly with the Chief Operating Officer in driving commercial performance, strategic decision-making and business improvement across a diverse portfolio. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute analyst who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful business insights. You will lead the development of reporting frameworks, commercial models and executive-level insights that support key strategic initiatives and influence business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain commercial reporting, dashboards and performance models across multiple business units
Analyse key commercial drivers including revenue, occupancy, pricing, channel performance and operational metrics
Support forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis while identifying commercial risks and opportunities
Design and standardise reporting frameworks to create consistent, reliable business intelligence
Prepare executive leadership reports, board papers and presentation material to a professional standard
Evaluate commercial opportunities, contracts and partnerships through financial modelling and ROI analysis
Support commercial strategy through market analysis, business cases and scenario modelling

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in commercial analysis, business performance or strategic finance
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence business outcomes
