About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product to build unforgettable social experiences, connect hundreds of millions of people globally, and delight users through games. You will leverage user data to provide direction and measurable performance to the game design process, creating high-quality social games for millions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of complex products across multiple feature areas.
- Write and consult on product specifications.
- Overcome design challenges and promote interoperability and scale.
- Drive the overall research strategy and the usage of core innovative game technology.
- Ensure product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis.
- Develop deep insights into customer needs and how the roadmap addresses them.
- Drive strategy for the team in collaboration with leadership.
- Provide management for CPM team members and mentorship for PMs.
- Provide oversight and guidance for junior PMs on their projects.
- Act as a key stakeholder or owner for initiatives with other teams.
- Coordinate Product Managers across multiple products to set clear/measurable objectives.
- Ensure teams craft effective project plans based on priorities and drive positive business outcomes.
- Deliver vision & strategy, monitor product progression, and partner with central publishing or game teams for initiative delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management in consumer products.
- Ability to build wire-frames, product specifications, and white papers.
- Experience with managing dynamic applications and multivariate testing.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, including those who do not directly report to you.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to present work to the executive team.
- Consumer mobile or game development experience.
- Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects with central teams.
