About the Role
As the Communications Manager for Pernod Ricard Australia and New Zealand, you will lead internal and external communication strategies to enhance and protect the company's reputation. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive employee engagement, manage corporate relations, and support leadership communications while ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Manage internal communication channels including Microsoft Teams, intranet, and office screens.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives such as drafting newsletters, coordinating events, and creating FAQs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication matters.
- Oversee media relations including drafting press releases, managing inquiries, and monitoring sentiment.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in leadership communications and crisis management.
- Experience in end-to-end campaign and event management.
- Ability to operate as a standalone communications lead.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
