About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages end-to-end recruitment and executes initiatives to attract, identify, select, and onboard talent for Dyson across APAC, with a focus on Japan Business roles. This role acts as a recruitment subject matter expert, collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners to build the Dyson talent base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle from brief to initial assessments, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Create an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and business stakeholders.
  • Recruit candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and ATS.
  • Represent Dyson to prospective employees and build a broad network for sourcing and talent pooling.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing and recruitment plans.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and clarify role requirements.
  • Manage recruitment of both internal and external candidates.
  • Coordinate with HR for a seamless transition to onboarding.
  • Utilize recruitment systems and processes for an effective recruitment experience.
  • Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policy, approval requirements, and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all Right to Work requirements, including visas.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume role.
  • Internal recruitment experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruitment methodologies.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ideally Workday Recruit).
  • Approachable and confident in building relationships with colleagues and candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in Japanese.
  • Quick thinking and insightful.
  • Comfortable in a creative setting and a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter committed to continuous improvement.
