About the Role

Perform oversight and controls over the operational aspects of private credit and crypto/blockchain focused private funds, including reviewing accounting, NAV, expenses, and investor statements. Act as the main contact for the fund management team and perform financial reporting and operational oversight for hedge funds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oversight and controls over the operational aspects of private credit funds.
• Review quarterly accounting and Net Asset Value (NAV) information.
• Control and process expenses, including management fees and carried interest.
• Review investor statements for calls and distributions.
• Coordinate financial statements with the administrator and audit team.
• Perform oversight and controls over the operational aspects of a crypto/blockchain focused private fund.
• Act as the main contact for the fund management team to support transactions, client commitments, and board resolutions.
• Perform financial reporting and operational oversight of Cayman and Delaware hedge fund ranges.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Private Credit operational experience is critical.
• Extensive Fund Accounting and Fund Financial Reporting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with Stakeholders.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and able to work well across teams.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks and actions.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work with Copilot and embrace opportunities to embed AI within operating models.
• Understand regulatory obligations of the firm.
• Abide by regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for the role.
• Willing to adhere to the provisions of the Investment Advisory Code of Ethics.
• Understand disclosure and certification requirements, including past political contributions and political activities.
• Past political contributions or activity may impact eligibility for this position.
