About the Role
Serve as the primary liaison between Anglo-Eastern Ship Management and its clients, partners, and stakeholders in Japan. Develop and maintain strong business relationships to enhance company presence and market share in the Japanese maritime industry. Lead strategic planning and execution of business development activities within Japan to meet company growth targets. Represent Anglo-Eastern Ship Management at industry conferences, trade shows, and official functions in Japan. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies in Japan operations. Provide leadership and guidance to the local team to achieve operational excellence and high service standards. Coordinate with headquarters and other regional offices to align business strategies and operational practices.

Requirements
- Proven experience in senior management or representative roles within the maritime or shipping industry, preferably in Japan.
- Strong knowledge of the Japanese maritime market, regulations, and business culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to develop strategic business plans and lead cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Japan and internationally as required.
