About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a defined portfolio within a broader asset management environment. This diverse portfolio spans retail, commercial, industrial, and vacant land assets, offering variety and the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, working closely with clients, tenants, and contractors to deliver strong commercial outcomes and a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations across a mixed property portfolio
- Overseeing lease administration, occupancy, and tenant matters
- Building and maintaining strong client, tenant, and contractor relationships
- Preparing and delivering accurate financial reporting and performance analysis
- Contributing to annual budgets and monthly reporting cycles
- Monitoring portfolio performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Proactively managing risks and escalating issues where required
- Driving best-practice processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a property portfolio (commercial, retail, or mixed-use preferred)
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and outcomes
