About the Role
ServiceNow Impact is building a new team in Orlando focused on personalizing customers' digital transformation journey and accelerating time-to-value with the Now Platform. The Technical Accelerator Consultant (Intern) will support functional and technical experts in customer engagements, helping clients unlock business value and adopt ServiceNow products. This role offers the opportunity to learn ServiceNow's best practices, innovations, and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing for the delivery of one or more offerings from our portfolio of Impact accelerators to our customers remotely
- Assist with the development of new offerings for our Technical Accelerators portfolio
- Assist in preparing client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related
- Assist with the coordination of customer meetings
- Monitor internal processes and assist with the identification of process improvement opportunities
- Understands business and technical problems addressed by the Impact product (security, upgrades, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Impact staff and TAS members
Requirements
- 0 - 1 years' experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Passion and curiosity about technology, and a relentless hunger for learning
- Loves to win as a team and work efficiently in a collaborative environment
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
- A desire to contribute to our best place to work where everyone can be their best self and feel an amazing sense of belonging
- Strong personal commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Have a hungry and humble mindset; and proactively seek help when challenges arise
