About the Role

This role offers a chance to join a market leader in technology M&A, handling high-volume, high-value deals for investors and companies, from early-stage exits to public company transactions. You will run significant workstreams, draft and negotiate core transaction documents, coordinate due diligence, and work directly with in-house counsel, founders, and executives.

  • Work directly with in-house counsel, founders, C-suite executives, and investor-side deal teams.
  • Help drive deals from first draft through closing, managing timelines, issues lists, and communications across internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of M&A experience at a nationally recognized law firm, with a clear focus on technology or emerging growth companies.
  • Hands-on experience managing components of M&A transactions.
  • Exposure to transactions involving venture-backed companies and/or venture capital investors, ideally across both early and later-stage deals.
