About the Role
Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring mid-level and senior real estate associates in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to join a nationally recognized platform with sustained growth and high-caliber deal flow.
Responsibilities
- Work on the full life cycle of sophisticated real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine debt, JV equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development across various asset classes.
- Engage in lender and borrower-side work, portfolio and single-asset deals.
- Collaborate with finance, tax, and fund teams across different offices.
Requirements
- 3-8+ years of real estate or adjacent transactional experience from a national or respected boutique firm.
- Demonstrated experience with mortgage or mezzanine finance, JV equity, acquisitions or dispositions, and development work.
- Strong drafting and deal execution skills.
- Ability to manage workstreams and negotiate primary documents.
- Candidates with transferable skills from non-real-estate transactional backgrounds will be considered.
