This group handles high-profile disputes at the intersection of technology and copyright law, including recent matters involving streaming platforms, AI-generated content, and large-scale software infringement claims. Many of these cases set precedent and draw national attention.
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and briefs
- Managing discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Collaborating closely with partners on case strategy
- Gaining trial experience
- Obtaining direct client contact
Requirements
- 3-4 years of law firm experience in IP matters, with a focus on copyright litigation
- Strong academic background
- Technical degree preferred
- Experience with technology-related disputes
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Admission to the bar in the state where you will practice
