Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Service Representatives across New South Wales operations.
- Manage team performance and development, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Interact with customers for account management and new business development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer outcomes and ensure growth.
- Act as a technical role model for best practices in systems, processes, and tools.
- Provide regular reporting on project status, business performance, financials, and key metrics.
- Contribute to workforce planning, subcontractor management, and special projects.
- Lead proactive business improvement initiatives.
- Role model HSE and Quality standards.
- Nurture future talent through apprenticeships and team development.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Electrician or similar Technical Trade).
- Proven experience in a similar leadership position.
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing technical resources.
- Experience within a similar organization/market (Services, Maintenance etc.) is ideal.
- Well-developed project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in operational delivery for diverse technical projects and customers.
- Intermediate IT skills, with proven ability to leverage data for decisions, reports, and commentary.
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to achieve outcomes through people in a high-tempo environment.
- Additional qualifications (Project Management, Engineering etc.) viewed favorably.
- Must have working rights in Australia.
- Required to provide documented evidence of working rights if selected for Interview.
