About the Role
This role is for a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional at a hearing clinic. You will provide exceptional service to predominantly older clientele, assisting them with managing their hearing health. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Provide administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Bill clients correctly and process payments
- Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
Requirements
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration role
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation and energy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and optimal outcomes for clinic and clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
